us 1 block west and across the street from our old location.
The nearest cross street is Manning, this is the signal east
of Overland, and it is 3 signals west of Beverly Glen. The
nearest freeway off ramp is the Overland exit off of the Santa
Monica (10) freeway. We are across the street from McDonalds.
